Take a 2-3 hour snorkel tour to Tintoreras. Visit a penguin rookery, marine iguana breeding ground, and a channel where Galapagos black-tipped reef sharks rest. Experience Isabela Island at your own pace with a full-day bicycle rental. Explore the Humedales area, swim at La Playita or El Estero, and look for giant tortoises along the path. Visit the historic "Wall of Tears," a relic from the island's penal colony days. The path is in full sun, so wear sunscreen, hats, and carry water. Many recommend biking directly to the Wall and stopping at points of interest on the return trip.
